A private analytics layer on top of Apple Health.

HealthLens is an iPhone, iPad, and Mac app that reads your Apple Health data — heart-rate variability, resting heart rate, sleep, workouts, steps, and body metrics — and turns it into a Daily Readiness score, training load with injury-risk alerts, a nutrition breakdown that separates added sugar from whole-fruit sugar, and evidence-based coaching for fat loss, muscle gain, endurance, or longevity. Every recommendation is cited to peer-reviewed research. Nothing is sent to a server — your data stays on your devices and in your own private iCloud.

Do I need an Apple Watch?

No. An Apple Watch makes readiness and sleep richer, but HealthLens works without one — log nutrition, water, strength, and body measurements by hand and still get nutrition analytics and coaching.

Is my health data private?

Yes. Everything stays on your device and, if you turn on sync, in your own private iCloud. HealthLens has no servers, no accounts, and no analytics — your data is never collected.

Does my data sync to my Mac and iPad?

Yes, and iCloud sync is free. Turn it on in Settings and your logs and analytics appear on your iPhone, iPad, and Mac through your private iCloud.

What makes the sugar tracking different?

HealthLens separates free sugars — added sugar, honey, syrups, and juice — from the intrinsic sugar in whole fruit, vegetables, and plain dairy, following the WHO guideline that only free sugars should be capped.

Is HealthLens medical advice?

No. It gives evidence-based, general educational guidance and cites its sources, but it is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat. Always consult a qualified professional.

How much does it cost?

The core app and iCloud sync are free with 30 days of history. Pro unlocks full history, advanced analytics, coaching, and reports for $4.99/month, $39.99/year (7-day free trial), or $79.99 once.
